Responsible for providing leadership, direction and guidance in all areas of Human Resources Management and supporting the accomplishment of hotel and department goals and objectives by recruiting developing, motivating and maintaining a competent work force.
Responsible for greeting and assisting guest at the airport both on arrival and departure, arranges transportation service for guests.
Responsible for assisting he Chief Concierge with managing and coordinating the special needs of all guests in the hotel.
Responsible for the smooth running of the Telephone Department and Communication system of the hotel, ensuring that it is well maintained, and all communications are handled politely and efficiently.
Responsible for building and maintaining a positive public image for the hotel and to increase brand awareness and establishing and maintaining good relationship with consumers, communities, employees and public interest groups by writing and publishing press releases and other media communications.
