KHAO CHAE: A SUMMERTIME DELICACY AT RUENTON
Enjoy rice soaked in cool water, served with hand-crafted assorted condiments including Luk Kapi (deep-fried shrimp paste balls), Hom Daeng Yud Sai (deep-fried red onions stuffed with fish meat), Moo and Nue Foi (shredded beef and pork), Chai Pow Wan (sweeten turnip) and Rum (stuffed chili with minced pork). Each dish is accompanied by fresh vegetables and strips of raw mango.
The preparation of Khao Chae is an art – and a culinary experience not to be missed!
